Our CHW staff travels to many events and locations to help those in greatest need in many communities and underserved areas. It is our main goal to make sure we link and refer services those individuals who need it and can benefit from our services. 

Working in the communities among the people is why we are a trusted agency with the hardest to serve in mind. Our CHW staff is well trained in many areas of service need to help in multiple service areas. Our caring staff is always ready to go where they are called to go and help our clients in every way possible.
